PERSONAL ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

PASSPORT: Required

VISA: Required. International travelers must submit two passport photos for police control. Exit permit required for residents but not for transit passengers.

HEALTH & IMMUNIZATION: Yellow fever vaccination and cholera certificates are required for travelers arriving from infected areas. The U.S. Public Health Service advises that a malaria risk exists throughout the country.

AIRCRAFT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

1. All private and nonscheduled commercial aircraft overflying or landing for commercial or noncommercial purposes must provide at least 30 days advance notice to the Director General of Transport, Ministry of Communications and Transport, Malabo, Equatorial Guinea

(TELEGRAPHIC ADDRESS: NONE/TELEX: NONE).

2. All notifications should include date of flight;

a. Type of plane;

b. Number in crew;

c. Number of passengers or amount of cargo;

d. Origin;

e. Destination; and

f. Plane identification number.
