AIRCRAFT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
1. Private and nonscheduled commercial aircraft overflying or landing for noncommercial purposes need not obtain prior permission.
2. Nonscheduled commercial flights landing for commercial purposes must obtain prior permission from the Civil Aviation Authority, P.O. Box 73751 GR-166 04 Hellenikon, Greece (TELEGRAPHIC ADDRESS: AERO POLIT ATHINAI/TELEX: 214444 LGACGR) at least 15 days in advance of departure. All applications must include:
a. Full name and address of operator;
b. Nationality, aircraft type and registration marks;
c. Date and time of arrival at and departure from each airport of entry;
d. Route of flight;
e. Purpose of flight;
f. Number of passengers and type and amount of cargo;
g. Copy of the charter contract; and
h. For inclusive tour flights, the passenger price, complete flight routing, and complete tour duration; air operators certificate.
