PERSONAL ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

PASSPORT: Not required for U.S. citizens holding proof of citizenship such as a birth certificate, expired passport (if photograph still clearly resembles the bearer), U.S. naturalization certificate or a signed U.S. voter registration card. Aliens who are permanent U.S. residents must have their U.S. alien registration card to return to the U.S.

A drivers license will not suffice as identification.

VISA: Not required for up to 6 months.

HEALTH & IMMUNIZATION: Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificates are required for travelers arriving from infected areas.

AIRCRAFT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

1. All private and nonscheduled commercial aircraft overflying or landing for noncommercial purposes need not obtain prior approval; however, a flight plan must be on file.

2. All nonscheduled commercial aircraft landing for commercial purposes must request prior permission, at least 12 and preferably 24 hours prior to departure, from the Director of Civil Aviation, Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism, St. Georges, Grenada (TELEGRAPHIC ADDRESS: Civil Aviation Ministry Grenada/TELEX: NONE). Request must include all pertinent information concerning the flight, including names of passengers and reason for visit.
