AIRCRAFT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Private, nonscheduled commercial and charter aircraft overflying or landing for commercial or noncommercial purposes must obtain prior permission from the Ministry of Transportation, B.P. 715, Conakry, Guinea (TELEGRAPHIC ADDRESS: 22349-MITRANS GE/TELEX: SITA CKYKKGI) at least 72 hours prior to departure. All requests must include:
a. Type of aircraft and registration marks;
b. Aircraft radio call;
c. Name and address of aircraft operator and commander on board;
d. Purpose of flight;
e. Total number of passengers, number who are passengers, and type and amount of cargo;
f. Date and times of arrival and departure and airports to be used; and
g. Route of flight, including date and times of entry and exit of Guinea.
