HEALTH & IMMUNIZATION: Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificates are required for all travelers. U.S. Public Health Service reports that a malaria risk, including the Choloroquine-resistant strain; a particularly high prevalence of penicillin resistant gonorrhea and a high incidence of HIV/AIDS extant throughout the country.

AIRCRAFT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

1. All private and nonscheduled commercial aircraft overflying or landing for commercial or noncommercial purposes must obtain permission from the Aagence Nationale Des Aerodromes Et De La Meteorologie (ANAM), and agency under the direction of the Ministery of Equipment, Transportation and Tourism, 15 B.P. 990,

Abidjan 15, Cote D' Ivoire (TELEPHONE: 225/27-71-85/TELEX: 43452 ANAM CI) at least 72 hours prior to departure en route to Cote D' Ivoire.

2. All requests must include:

a. Type of aircraft and registration marks;

b. Name and address of aircraft owner and operator;

c. Name and nationality of pilot;

d. Nationality and number of crew members and passengers;

e. Point of departure and route of flight;

f. Purpose of flight;

g. Dates and times of entry into the airspace of the Cote D' Ivoire or of arrival and departure, if landing; and

h. Type and amount of fuel, servicing or other needs.
