AIRCRAFT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
1. All private and nonscheduled commercial aircraft overflying or landing for commercial or noncommercial purposes must obtain prior permission from the Civil Aeronautics Administration, Ministry of Transportation and Communications, Taipei, Taiwan (AFTN address: RCTPYAYY/RCTPZRZX). Requests must be submitted at least 5 days prior to departure for aircraft landing for commercial purposes, 2 days for noncommercial purposes and 1 day for overflights.
2. Applications must include:
a. Aircraft nationality and registration marks;
b. Aircraft type;
c. Name of operator;
d. Nationality of operator;
e. Address of operator;
f. Name and nationality of pilot;
g. Nature of operation;
h. Airways flown;
i. Estimated date and aerodrome of entry (or estimated date of transit);
j. Estimated date and aerodrome of departure;
k. Number of passengers aboard;
l. Cargo-name and address of owner;
m. Name and address of consigner;
n. Nature and total weight of cargo;
o. Local agent's name;
p. Local agent's address; and
q. Remarks. Items (j) thru (n) need not be filled out in case of transit flight.
3. Charter flights must also include a copy of the charter contract and a name list of passengers. If the flight is carrying cargo, copies of airway bills must be submitted to the air cargo terminal at the point of departure at least two hours prior to departure. At least 30 days prior to the initiation of commercial charter operations, a report of rates and charges must be filed with the Civil Aeronautics Administration.
CORPORATE AIRCRAFT CONSTRAINTS
No constraint reported, except operator must appoint China Airlines, Trans Asia Airways, and EVA Airways Corporation as handling agent.
