AIRCRAFT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

All private and nonscheduled commercial aircraft overflying or landing for commercial or noncommercial purposes must obtain prior permission from the Monsieur le Directeur General de l'Agence Nationale de l'Aviation Civile, B.P. 128, Brazzaville, Republic Populaire de Congo (TELEGRAPHIC ADDRESS: AVIACIVIL BRAZZAVILLE/TELEX: ANAC 5388KG AFTN: FCBVYAYX ) at least 5 days prior to departure. All applications must include:

a. Type of aircraft, nationality and registration marks;

b. Name and address of owner or operator;

c. Name and nationality of pilot in command (private aircraft include date and place of birth of pilot);

d. Number of crew;

e. Number of passengers;

f. Purpose of flight; and

g. Dates, times of arrival and departure and airports concerned and complete route of flight.
