AIRCRAFT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

1. Private and nonscheduled commercial aircraft overflying for noncommercial purposes must give at least

14 working days notice to the Secretary to the Niue Government, P.O. Box 67 Central Atul, Niue. PHONE:683-4020 FAX:683 423 or 4215. All notifications must include all details pertinent to the flight.

2. All nonscheduled commercial aircraft landing for commercial purposes must obtain prior permission from the Secretary of Government at least 14 days prior to departure.

3. All requests must include:

a. Name and address of operator;

b. Type, and registration of aircraft;

c. Name and qualifications of flight captain;

d. Purpose of flights;

e. Number of flights and routings;

f. Aerodromes of landing;

g. Dates and times of arrival and departure;

h. Estimated landing and take-off weights;

i. Number of passengers;

j. Loading figures;

k. Proposed fares, charter rate and cargo rates;

l. Name and address of charterer; and

m. Certification of adequate third party insurance.
