AIRCRAFT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

1. All private and nonscheduled commercial aircraft overflying or landing for noncommercial purposes need not obtain prior permission; however, a flight plan must be on file.

2. Nonscheduled commercial flights landing for commercial purposes please be advised that the revised aviation agreement between Norway and the United States of June 1995 entails that charter flights are now covered by the aviation agreement, so charter flights between Norway and the United States may be provided according to Norwegian (i.e. joint Scandinavian) or U.S. charter flight regulations, and until Scandinavian aviation authorities compete the ongoing revision of joint charter flight regulations with respect to the United States, eliminating geographical limitations, flights may be conducted on the basis of exemptions granted in accordance with the current regulations' section 7. Nonscheduled commercial flights must obtain prior permission from the Civil Aviation Administration, Postbox 8124 Dep., N-0032, Oslo 1, Norway (TELEGRAPHIC ADDRESS:

25 CIVILAIR OSLO/TELEX: 71032) at least 48 hours prior to departure.

3. Requests must include:

a. Name and address of operator;

b. Type of aircraft and registration marks;

c. Dates, times of arrival/departure and airports concerned;

d. Purpose of flight;

e. Number of passengers and type and amount of cargo;

f. Name, address and telephone number of charterer, if any;

g. Evidence of insurance covering third party and passenger liability;

h. For affinity group charters, include passenger list showing when each individual became an association member and a signed declaration satisfactorily showing that the flight has the character of an affinity group charter flight; and

i. Inclusive tour flights are permitted only between Florida and Norway or vice versa.

4. Charter flights (including inclusive tour, affinity group, own use, student and those connected with sporting events) and taxi flights are subject to special regulation and must be carried out only upon special permission granted by the Civil Aviation Administration.

SPECIAL NOTICES

1. Flights over Norwegian territory at supersonic speed are prohibited. When special circumstances so warrant, dispensation from the provision may be granted. An application for dispensation should be submitted to the

Civil Aviation Administration.

2. Flights within the areas of the Norway-U.S.S.R. Boundary are subject to special restrictions and prior approval is required from the Civil Aviation Administration.
