All private and nonscheduled commercial aircraft overflying or landing for commercial or noncommercial purposes must obtain prior permission from the Servico da Transportes Aereos, Sao Time City, Sao Tome Island (TELEGRAPHIC ADDRESS: AEROCIVIL SAO TOME/TELEX: NONE) at least 2 working days prior to departure. All requests must include all information pertinent to the flight and the type and amount of services and fuel required in Sao Tome.
