Throughout the years since aviation first was transformed from a dream to reality many individuals expressed a strong desire to soar like an eagle, displayed a will to achieve and over come obstacles placed in their way. Black aviators especially have had that internal courage to succeed in an industry which was regarded with much doubt by many Americans, Black and White.
