Albuquerque, New Mexico, A Passenger Is Sucked Out Of The Aircraft While In Flight
 

On November 3, 1973 National Airlines DC-10 flight 27 landed safely after an engine over speeded resulting in the starboard engine disintegration. The engine broke up into pieces striking the fuselage and breaking a passenger window sucking a passenger out side of the plane. Only one of the 128 passengers were killed.
