Major Alejandro “Brick” House is the Chief Operations Officer and cofounder of the CRP Future Pilots Flight School. In February 2008, with the assistance and support of an original Tuskegee Airman, House established the CRP Future Pilots Flight School, an educational institution dedicated to educating disadvantaged youth between 8 and 18 years of age in the Dallas- Fort Worth area in aviation maintenance, piloting principles, math, and science. 

House has been instrumental in securing sponsorships to help sustain the school, including the annual 2008 Aviation Youth Summit and strategic support from American Airlines.  Prior to his role at the Flight School, House served 17 years in the United States Marine Corp. 

During his active duty service, Major House was an advanced flight instructor in the T-4 Goshawk at NAS Kingsville, Texas. While in Kingsville, Texas, House also held the billet as Lead Diversity Officer for the U.S. Navy Aviation Recruitment team and developed a military mentor tutoring program at a local junior high school. 

In March 2008, House transitioned to the United States Marine Corp Reserve, where he currently serves as the Logistics Officer with Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 41 in NAS Fort Worth Joint Reserve Base. 

House has received numerous military decorations, including the Strike Air Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Medal, and the Good Conduct Medal. He is also the recipient of the 2009 National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) Roy Wilkins Renowned Service Award. 

House holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California. House resides in Keller, Texas, with his wife, Kasey, and their five children.
