Navy Receives Flight Training From The Wright Company
FEBRUARY 9--The Wright Company made a formal offer to train one pilot for the Navy contingent upon the purchase of one airplane for the sum of $5,000. This offer was later made unconditional, and Lieutenant John Rodgers was ordered to Dayton for flight training.
