“We particularly
value their environmental friendliness, passenger comfort, together with
their fuel efficiency and low operating costs, reliability and strong
short-runway performance. Our ATR turboprops are enabling us to cover
the largest regional network in our country and to meet the demand of a
large range of markets. With our new aircraft, we will also be able to
further expand our network and add frequencies."

Filippo Bagnato,
Chief Executive Officer of ATR, says. "I welcome two more milestones for
ATR: our 30th delivery to TRIP and our 900th delivery overall. With its
population of over 180 million and rapid economic development, TRIP introduced its first ATR, an ATR 42-320, in 1999. Since then TRIP has greatly expanded its ATR fleet to become the world’s second-largest operator of ATRs, after American Eagle. |
